Monday
Hard hilly run. I started by the OV trail and ran up Coyote trail. Nice steep climb. From there I turned left on  Coastal trail  and ran down to the Ten Rd, passed the parking lot and  headed back to the starting point. Tired legs. 36 minutes.

Tuesday
This was a weird run by the soccer fields. The fire department was doing some drills and even the police showed up to rescue a woman that fell in the marsh. I tried to stay focus and ran nine times a cross country style loop. By the last repetition, a police officer had enough and politely asked me to know run near to the accident scene.  29:30. Short bike ride plus pull ups.

Wednesday
Finally I did one hour run. Well, it was more by chance. I started my run by the Ten parking lot and from there, after I made a wrong turn and ended up in the camping area, wasted more than ten minutes, I found my way up Coastal trail all the way along the coast. No really all the way, almost. I made a right turn by the big rock and headed back up on the fired road. This run became a long loop by accident. Another wrong turn on Coyote Fire Road took me down to this steep long street, half mile away from the Oakwood  Valley trail. After I passed OV trail I headed back to the starting point or Ten parking lot. My legs felt great. One hour and 11 minutes. Weights for the upper body and short bike ride.

Thursday
Off. Weights, bike ride and pull ups.

Friday
Short run on the bike path, the usual out and back route. I started by the local track and finished by the laundry mat. I stopped to do a few pull ups. My legs felt good. I was feeling a little bulked to run. Lifting too much weights. Weights for the upper body. 36 minutes.

Strong




Saturday
Fastest run ever on the Oakwood Valley Trail. I ran the loop three times in 8:50; 8:26: 8:31. My legs felt good. It was a big surprise how fast I ran this course. I have never thought I d be running this course under 26 minutes. (25:47)

Sunday
Off. Bike ride

Monday
Off. Short bike ride.

Tuesday
I ran from the Oakwood Valley Trail to Ten beach, then I ran up to the right along the steep cliff until it meets Coastal trail. Then all the way down to the Ten fired rd and back to the starting point. Good run. Approximately 45 minutes. Short bike ride.

Wednesday
Short run on the bike path. I started by the soccer fields and run to the bike shop and back. Easy and controlled. My legs were feeling good. 30 minutes. Bike ride and weights.

Thursday
Bike ride.  Lots pull ups and push ups.

Friday
Same route as Tuesday. My legs were feeling a little tired. Foggy day. 44 minutes.

From OVT to Alta trail before the rain started.

Saturday
Short run on the bike path.I started by the laundry mat and ran right on the bike path,  turned around by the bike shop and ran all the way to the other end. I stopped to do a few pull ups and finished my run by the starting point. 34 minutes.

Sunday
Off. Bike ride and pull ups.

Monday
Hard run on the Oakwood Valley Trail. I started by the OVT gate and ran up to the Alta Trail, to Bobcat trail, to Miwok Trail, down Old Springs Trail, and back to the starting point. Best time on the this loop, 40 minutes. Light rain during most of my run. Foggy.

Tuesday
Off. I rode my bike to the bike path this afternoon to do a few pull ups. No gas in the tank for my daily run.

Wednesday
I ran the same route as on Monday but on reverse. I was not expecting to run so well. It was my best time on this route. Finally I was able to run under 40 minutes, 39:28. My legs felt great.

Thursday
Easy short run on the Oakwood Valley trail. I just did an easy jog to keep my endurance. Three times the loop was enough. 30 minutes run.

Friday
Day off. Bike ride and pull ups.
