New

Back, back from the almost dead. After a couples weeks of very low mileage, I finally got a decent running week. Happy to get a fifty plus miles week. Seven days of running without any days off averaging  seven plus miles a day.

I lost my mind or head.
Saturday
From home to Ten Beach and back. One hour and 18 Minutes. Rainy day.

Sunday
Another run from home on the bike path out and back. Rainy day. 54 minutes.

Monday
Nice run. Good pace. Muddy bike path after the rain. Short route from home to the bike path and back.  48 minutes and 33 seconds.

Tuesday
Heavy rain from start to end. Similar route as yesterday. After thirty minutes my arms started to get very cold. I managed to survive the cold. 51 minutes and 15 seconds.

Wednesday
My legs were feeling a little tight but somehow I found enough energy to do my daily run. Similar route to yesterday but a little longer. I took the hilly route for the first ten minutes. Then I ran the bike path route out and back. 54 minutes and 17 seconds.

Thursday
Short day. I ran after my bike ride. Cold weather. Same old bike path course, out and back plus three times the around the soccer fields. 42 minutes.

Friday
Cold day. Same route as Tuesday. Nice run. My legs are feeling good. 50 minutes and 14 seconds.

Subscribers

I have been trying to unsubscribe from a few different Blogs that keep sending me around ten useless messages a day and I can not do it. When I try to access the page to manage my subscriptions I keep getting this message bellow. Is anyone out there  having similar problem?

Dimensions

These pictures were taken in May 3rd, 2009, 1:33PM. Something happened to these pictures. Only these four pictures have this strange effect. It is like time is being registered or another dimension. I did NOT manipulated these pictures and to this day can not find an explanation to why this happened.

Darkness

Nothing, nothing interesting to say. My words are not coming easy as my actions. Too much confusion sometimes. I passed the last two weeks with very little running. A few short bike rides and  upper body weight lifting. It was more fun to watch my trusher, I hope he does not mind to have an owner, diving to grab a few cottoneaster berries from my window. Work and some nasty college class in economics took most of my time. Stress! And I am thank full it is over.

Crows and persimmons, a great partnership. I had enough time to stop and take a few pictures through my windshield. They did not stick around for  very long. The persimmons were their source of food for the day, hours, minutes, seconds and on and off. Life is so fragile.

Blank

Another week with lots interruptions: work, school and other things. Not easy to find time to run when life gets too busy. But I have no complains at least I was able to do five runs out of seven days with some short bike rides and upper body weight lifting.

Saturday
Off.

Sunday
From home to the bike path out and back. Hard run. I started at a fast pace, specially up the first long climb. When I reached the bike path I started to feel the push but I was able to keep the hard pace to the finish. Approx. 56 minutes.

Monday
Off. Long working day.

Tuesday
Three times Oakwood Valley trail loop.  Approx. 30 minutes.

Wednesday
I ran on the bike path after a short bike ride. Total darkness and very muddy after a rainy day. I created a short loop and ran it three times. Approx. 30 minutes.

Thursday
I started my run by half way on the bike path, running left to its end and around the soccer fields. Then I ran this steep short hill ten times up hard, and easy down. My legs felt good, but a little tired. Approx. 40 minutes

Friday
I created a XC type loop around the soccer fields. I ran the loop three times. Some short inclines going up a set of steps. Good run to finish my running week. Approx. 30 minutes.
