I had somehow a better week. Not much running, but enough to fake a come back.
On Saturday I ran for thirty minutes on the bike path. Good enough to feel some sore bones and ligaments.
On Tuesday I did a short run on the Overhill Trail. I felt better but still painful to run.
On Friday I ran the usual bike path out and back. The first ten minutes were a little painful but after that I was able to fun almost pain free.
The rest of the week was off or Cycling. These short bike rides are keeping me in good shape.
The weather became cooler and windy. Not sure if it is a good thing. The cross country season started last week. Unfortunately I don't think I will be able to race this year.
I will be waiting for better days.
