Grow

The last two days I have ran very easy. Yesterday I did an easy short run just to loose up the tight muscles. I recovered well from my long run. The usual out and back bike path route. My legs felt tired and heavy. Total run time: 33 minutes.
This afternoon I ran five times the Oakwood  Valley trail starting at an easy pace and gradually increasing the pace. I added a few more minutes on the bike path. It was a good run. Total run time: 62 minutes or over 8.5 miles
